Ph.D degree in any branch of Science/engg./Mgt. with Ist class degree at Bachelor's or Master's level in Comp. Engg./Comp. Tech.

PhD degree in Comp. Sc.with Ist class MCA degree with min. 3 yrs experience in teaching / Industry/Research at the level of lecturer or equivalent after Ph D

Ist class Masters Degree in Comp Sc./Comp Engg./Comp. Tech.

with Ist class MCA degree and with min. 5 yrs experience in teaching / Industry/Research at the level of lecturer or equivalent. Such candidates will be required to obtain PhD degree within a period of 7 years from the date of appointment as Asst. Professor

Candidate from Industry/Profession with Ist class BE/BTech in Comp. Sc./Engg / Technology

OR

Ist class MCA degree and with professional work which is significant and can be recognised as equivalent to Ph D degree & with 5 yrs of experience would also be eligible. Professor PhD Degree in any branch of Science/Engg./Mgt with Ist class degree in Bachelor's or Masters level in comp. Sc./comp. Engg./Technology

PhD degree in Comp. Sc. with Ist class MCA degree AND with 10 yrs experience in teaching/industry/Research out of which 5 yrs must be at the level of Asst. Professor and/or equivalent Candidates from industry/Profession with Ist class BE/BTech in Comp.Sc. /Engg /Tech. or Ist Class MCA degree AND with Professional work which is significant and can be recognised as equivalent to PhD degree and with 10 yrs experience of which at least 5 yrs should be at a Sr. level comparable to that of an Asst. Professor would also be eligible.

Qualifications as per the qualifications of the professor in respective discipline>In addition the candidates should be eminent person in the field with 15 yrs experience in teaching/Industry/Research out of which 5 yrs must be at the level of professor or above in Comp. Engg./Technology/Computer applications.

Desirable: Administrative experience in a responsible position

Candidates from industry/Profession with Ist class BE/BTech in Comp.Sc./ Engg./ Tech. or Ist Class MCA degree AND with Professional work which is significant and can be recognised as equivalent to PhD degree and with 15 yrs experience of which at least 5 yrs should be at a Sr. level comparable to that of Professor would also be eligible. Desirable: Administrative experience in a responsible position
